Two colorectal liver metastasis resections with contrasting outcomes: retrospective pre-op Hepatica revealed high cT1 and PDFF in the patient who developed complications and prolonged stay, versus normal cT1 and PDFF in the short-stay case with no complications, indicating quantitative mpMRI can flag at-risk patients and guide safer surgical planning.
